The Hyperlink dialog allows the user to enter a value for the Hyperlink property of a control. This dialog can be accessed either by clicking on the button by the Hyperlink property editor in the property window or by clicking on the Link button in the Home tab of the ribbon when in the Form Designer.

Hyperlink target - Allows the user to enter an application relative path or the Universal Resource Locator (URL) for the hyperlink's target.
